King of missteps, inventor of the improbable, a genius at mess-ups, Gaston is a free electron who is doing out loud what barely anyone would dare in the privacy of their own head.

Created in1957 by the iconic belgian cartoonist André Franquin, this dreamy, head-in-the clouds character and his peaceful revolution immediately became one of the most popular successes in the history of cartoon strips. Like an eternal teenager in the hostile world of office workers, Gaston employs his famous nonchalance to play against, or with, the multiple absurdities that reign in the « real » world : the adult world.

Never before brought to animation, Gaston has been now brought to life thanks to special techniques which completely respect the original, magical artist’s stroke of his creator. Even in motion, Gaston will always be Gaston.
